1st Igbo World Festival of Arts and Culture

History will be made in Staunton Virginia, when Ndigbo from all Continents of the World and all their guests, including our brothers and sisters from the African American Communities assemble at the Igbo Village, part of the Frontier Culture Museum in Staunton Virginia, USA on July 24-26, 2014 to showcase and celebrate our rich cultural heritage.

Our artists, writers, musicians, choral singers, dancers, masquerades, best of Nollywood movies and a wide array of Cultural performers would be in Virginia to let the world see the rich traditions, talents and cultural heritage of our people.

We are assembling some of the best of our dancers/masquerades to entertain all our guests and VIPs, including Governors from Nigeria, Ohaneze Ndigbo, Senators and Representatives, our Nigerian Brothers and Sisters from the rich ethnic diversity of Nigeria, Igbo Children born in the Diaspora, Ministers, American Government officials, VIPs from the African American Communities, NAACP, the Urban League, and the American Corporate establishment and much more.

Plan ahead to be at the event in Virginia, in the coming days, weeks and months we will continue to provide everyone updates with respect to the Planning and other activities aimed at making this event one of the best cultural extravaganza ever.
